Financial reports

Rosebery Housing Association owns more than 2,200 affordable homes across Surrey and West Sussex, ranging from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom family homes. Winwood Haines has designed and produced Rosebery’s financial reports since 2015.

Since working with Rosebery, we have developed their library of photographs – choosing and capturing imagery that is bright, clear, positive and authentic. Where possible we include images of actual Rosebery residents. We feel this is particularly important for the Annual Report.

The reports run between 40-60 pages. They are artworked for distribution online and in print with appropriate PDFs created for each.
