Rosebery Repairs

Brand launch and campaign

Rosebery Housing Association owns more than 2,200 affordable homes across Surrey and West Sussex, ranging from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom family homes. In 2016, Rosebery decided to bring their repairs service in-house and launched Rosebery Repairs.

Rosebery Repairs is a distinct but recognisable sub-brand of Rosebery Housing Association. The brand was applied to a whole suite of material including stationery, apparel, vehicle livery and resident communications.

As part of the launch campaign, residents were sent a mailer introducing them to the new service. The self-mailer opens up to reveal two folded panels. To the reverse of these are affixed a fridge magnet and a key ring tag. Both feature all the contact details for residents and can be kept to hand for ease and immediate access.

This was part of a multi-channel campaign on- and off-line, ensuring all residents were reached including those with limited digital access.
