Refresh to existing brand

 

Plan Insurance Brokers is an independent, market leading commercial insurance brokerage that has operated for over 25 years. They arrange high quality cover and provide intelligent insurance solutions to UK businesses. I successfully pitched and won the tender to refresh their branding.

 

The previous brand review in 2015 had given the company a clear identity and a strong proposition for the commercial motor industry. However, with their expansion into other insurance markets, they needed an updated identity that would represent their core services while offering flexibility for future growth. Their existing campaign material had also run its course and needed a refresh.

 

As the logo had been created just three years earlier, it was not up for review. Instead, I focused on expanding the existing brand. I broadened the colour palette, assigning a distinct colour to each core service area. I also updated and extended the typeface options to enhance flexibility and introduced a fresh, bold approach to imagery.

 

The refreshed branding was applied across stationery, presentations, marketing materials, social media, promotional items and the website. I also developed comprehensive brand guidelines.
