Rosebery Housing Association owns more than 2,200 affordable homes across Surrey and West Sussex, ranging from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom family homes.
Our brief was to create a simple communications piece to all employees conveying Rosebery’s core values. The device is pocket-sized with each page opening out into a final cross shape that details Rosebery’s five core values. The playful nature, bulleted text and simple iconography aids engagement. The fold-out was accurately artworked to ensure the correct folding once printed. It was matt laminated for durability and a soft feel.
