Financial reports

Rosebery Housing owns more than 2,700 affordable homes across Surrey and West Sussex, ranging from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom family homes. I have designed and produced Rosebery’s financial reports since 2015.

Working closely with the Communications team, we have steadily expanded Rosebery’s own image library, focusing on bright, clear, positive and authentic photos. Where possible, we feature actual Rosebery residents, especially in the annual report.

The financial reports typically range from 40 to 60 pages and are prepared for both online and print distribution, with tailored PDFs created for each format.
