Transforming food production publication

Launched in April 2018, UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). It brings together seven disciplinary research councils, plus Research England and Innovate UK.

‘Transforming Food Production’ is a 60-page publication, jointly produced by Innovate UK and the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC). It showcases examples of innovative food production methods in the UK. The publication was created as an accessible online PDF and in printed form.
