Rosebery Repairs

Brand launch and campaign

Rosebery Housing owns more than 2,700 affordable homes across Surrey and West Sussex, ranging from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom family homes. In 2016, Rosebery launched Rosebery Repairs, bringing their repairs service in-house.

Rosebery Repairs is a distinct yet recognisable sub-brand of Rosebery Housing. The branding was applied to a range of materials, including stationery, apparel, vehicle livery, and resident communications.

As part of the launch campaign, residents received a mailer introducing the new service. The self-mailer opens up to reveal two folded panels, with a fridge magnet and keyring tag attached to the reverse. Both include contact details for easy reference.

This was part of a multi-channel campaign, both online and offline, ensuring all residents were reached, including those with limited digital access.
